Rajesh Mohan Sinha is an associate senior partner of this firm with experience spanning over more than three decades. He is registered with Bar Council of Delhi having an enrollment no. D/22- A/1980. He has been appointed as Special Counsel of the Delhi High Court (Central Government) vide notification dated 30.12.2014 which has been now extended vide notification dated 18.12.18 for another period of three years. His areas of practice include Telecom, Dispute Resolution & Arbitrations, Insolvency Laws, Corporate & Financial Restructuring, and Merger & Acquisitions, Recoveries, Partition, Specific Performance, Revision, commercial suit Benami Act, Winding up petitions and appeals from the company Law Board, quashing of FIRs in socioeconomic offences and matrimonial cases. He has been regularly appearing before the Central Administrative Tribunal regarding service matters.
He is a pioneer of this firm and took forward the vision of his late father shri madan mohan Sinha through this law firm. He completed his graduation in B. Sc and LL.B. He represents a myriad client base including business houses, banks and financial Institutions, besides Central and State Governments, ministries, departments and individuals before Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and various other Courts, Tribunals and Appellate bodies. He considers each matter on its own merit and dwells into cases to resolve grievances of every client. He is a reservoir of knowledge and well acquainted with all latest development in the field of law.
He has been appointed or acted as Amicus curie by Hon’ble Division Bench presided over by Justice Mudgal and Justice Vikramajeet Sen the then Hon’ble Judge OF Delhi High Court. A matter argued by him against Ghaziabad Development Authority has been pronounced by the Bench of the Hon’ble Chairman of the National Commission wherein a damage of Rs.10,00,000/- was awarded against the Ghaziabad Development Authority to be recovered from its officers finally confirmed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He has reservoir of experience in handling banking and property disputes.
He has also been invited as guest lecturer by various Law Colleges for delivering lectures on “Indian Contract Act & Transfer of Property Act”. He has practiced extensively in District Courts of Delhi for the all the years of his professional career right from joining the legal field in a vast variety of matters relating to the civil nature, Delhi Rent control Act, Hindu Marriage act, M.C.D Act, and recovery in tortuous liability. He has appeared in various writ petitions filed on behalf of Educational Institutions, Business Houses and Individuals against Union of India, Government of NCT, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Delhi Development Authority, Land Acquisitions, Delhi Police and Nationalized Banks and so on. He is also appearing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court especially in M.C. Mehta matter and other special leave petition. He has myriad of experiences in handling different cases and insatiable urge to bring justice to its clients.
He has also attended various seminar and conferences. He addressed Seminar on ‘Law and Procedure of Drafting and Conveyancing of Agreements Guarantee Deeds and Corporate Document’s” organized by NIRC of institute of company secretaries of India. He also Participated in discussion on the topic “Unrecognised School- Help or Hurt the poor with the centre of civil society”
